[wisb] Snow Buntings, Whitewater & Snowy Owl, Rock County

After being unable to re-locate the Snowy Owl in eastern Rock County the
last two days, I was finally able to find it again this afternoon around
4:30pm perched on a post behind the farm at the intersection of County Road
M and R-D Townline Road on the Rock/Walworth County line. There was also
1000+ geese in the fields southeast of the County M & Townline Rd.
intersection along with several dozen gulls - I didn't have time to scan
them.

I also found about 100 Snow Buntings in some vacant lots along Darcy Ln. in
the Waters Edge South subdivision.
