[wisb] Poynette CBC - Columbia Power plant area

Had a very enjoyable day counting.
Al Shea and I counted the area around and in the Columbia Power Plant
grounds.
We ended up with 48 species.
Some notable sighting included:
More Virginia Rails (2) than Starlings (1)!
1 - Red-shouldered Hawk
1 - Merlin
1 - Peregrine Falcon
0 - Kestrels
6 Woodpecker species including 2 Sapsuckers.
Screech, Great-horned and Saw-whet Owls.
Good Birding!
