[wisb] Short-eared Owls

On Saturday evening we spotted a total 5 short-eared owls on the western end of
Shady Lane in the town of Neenah.
They appeared around 4:00 and were harassing a female harrier. By 4:30 they
were flying all over. There may have been more but the sun was setting and
thats all we got.
