Dan Jackson and I were fortunate enough to run into Kay & Bob. We spent a
few hours wandering the area looking for the bird and trying not to get
blown over and pelted to death with the snow showers. We had given up and
were walking back to the car when Bob and Kay flagged us down. Of course
the bird was in the fist place we looked earlier that morning. A big thank
you to Kay and Bob for sharing the bird with us. It is a lifer for me.

The Say's Phoebe was still present along the west side of Goose Lake this
am. Even though there was a gale force wind blowing, this bird along with
5 Eastern Phoebes was catching bugs along the shoreline. There were
another 5 Eastern Phoebes feeding along the shoreline of the 2nd pond to
the south.
