Today at dusk, Ted Keyel and I saw a Short-eared Owl on the south side of Lake
Street in Buena Vista Grasslands. This was likely the same one Ted saw on
Tuesday. We also saw a female/juvenile Northern Harrier, but besides that,
nada.
