[wisb] Ross' Goose, Dane co.

There is a Ross' Goose on the west side of the Yaharra River at Yaharra
County Park near the intersection of County M and 113 in Dane County. I
observed it around 1:15pm from the canoe launch. There were also about 40
Greater White-fronted Geese, 4 Cackling Geese, Common Merganser, Gadwall,
Mallard, Canada Geese, and Ring-billed Gull.
