[wisb] Request for Information on King Rail in Belleville

I'm going to try to see the king rail in Belleville tomorrow evening, so any 
information on whether it's seen or not would be helpful. Also, if someone 
could backchannel me exactly where it's been seen in the park, I would greatly 
appreciate it.
