I received a call from Daryl Tessen this evening, with a brief report from
Wisconsin Point. He mentioned that a couple of Parasitic Jaegers were observed
today, although in general the birding was relatively slow, overall.
He is hoping things will pick up tomorrow. As we have learned from previous
years, things can change very quickly on the Point -- depending on wind
direction and other factors.
This weekend is the 21st annual WSO Jaegerfest field trip, which runs from
Friday through Sunday on Wisconsin Point (Moccasin Mike Road). Everyone is
welcome -- you don't need to be a WSO member to attend!
