[wisb] Peregrine Falcons' Nestsite, USBANK, LaCrosse

Today, May 18, at 1:30 PM, two Peregrine Falcons were present near & in the
nestbox mounted from the roof of the USBank in downtown LaCrosse.
The male, the smaller bird, was perched on the "N" of the rooftop "USBANK" sign
on the west side of the bank.
The other bird, the presumed female, was in the box, sometimes attending to
something beneath her. She was barely visible but identifiable with a 20X scope.
Best viewing is from the top deck of the USBANK parking ramp.
