[wisb] Osprey and Least Flycatcher on PIcnic Point in Madison Thursday morning

Saw Osprey flying along Lake Mendota and heard Least Flycatcher on walk on
Picnic Point this Thursday morning. Had Tufted Titmouse on Picnic
Point Wednesday morning.
