The annual Conservation Congress public meeting will be held
Monday, April 11 at 7:00 p.m.

One of the questions asks if hunters should be required to use non-toxic
shot on
DNR-managed lands. The exact wording of the questions read as follows: â€œ22.
Do
you support the DNR requiring non-toxic shot on all department managed
lands?
and 23. Do you support the DNR requiring non-toxic fishing tackle under Â½
ounce
in weight?”

Common Loons and Bald Eagles are often victims to lead poisoning.

The Milwaukee County meeting will be held at Greenfield High School,
Performing Arts Center, 4800 S 60th Street, Greenfield, WI.
