[wisb] New NWR in WI/IL ?

Just saw this on the Illinois listserv:

Not sure if this had been posted on IBET. There is a campaign to try and
establish a National Wildlife Refuge in Northern IL (McHenry County) and
Southern WI (Walworth County). The Refuge would called Hackmatack NWR.
