GlacierLocated two House sparrows inside the WalMart on Nakoosa Trail. =
One of the clerks advised that 4-5 sparrows were spending the winter at =
WalMart. He thought it most humane to just allow them to reside there. =
There is plenty of bird food in the northeast corner of this store. He =
reported the birds seem to become more active, singing loudly and to =
return to this part of the store around 10:00 P.M.=20
Upon leaving the store I traveled on Sycamore St., which often strikes =
me as a spooky place. As I crossed the RR tracks a deer crossed the =
road. It may have been a Zombie Deer, it had a blank stare and moved =
slowly.
