Just a quick note about the Harlequin Duck and Long-tailed Duck. Photos to follow when I get a chance to get to them. Both birds seen Friday afternoon. * Harlequin Duck. Male. First sighted hanging with a male Bufflehead in the Discovery World Harbor due east of the wooden outdoor amphitheater. Bird took flight and flew just above the water through the Discovery World harbor entrance out into Milwaukee Harbor. Refound the bird later a couple hundred feet out in Milwaukee Harbor due east of Lakeshore State Park, hanging with some Buffleheads. * Long-tailed Duck. He likes to hang out by the floating fishing dock in the Lakeshore State Park lagoon. If he's not there, he might be by the boat dock attached to the south side of Discovery World.
