[wisb] Leucistic Hummingbird in Columbia County

There is a Leucistic Ruby-throated hummingbird (sex undetermined) coming to a
feeder in the rural Poynette area. It visits numerous feeders in the area, so
is seen only intermittently by the homeowner.
