I received this email yesterday evening from Jack Swelstad, who doesn't post to WisBird, so I wanted to pass it on... Kewaunee- ROSS'S GOOSE. He was south of the south breakwall in with a flock of 300 Canadians. Algoma- At the far end of the harbor, against the breakwall, was an immature HARLEQUIN male. I about fell over. The pic shows the field marks but it was a little far away. While I was watching it, a flock of 60 male Redheads landed. On the way home, I once again saw the SNOWY OWL in the same spot on Luxemburg Rd. 0.2 miles west of Gasche Rd. North side. I couldn't find it several days ago.
