[wisb] Kewaunee-Algoma birds HARLEQUIN

I received this email yesterday evening from Jack Swelstad, who doesn't post to 
WisBird, so I wanted to pass it on...
Kewaunee- ROSS'S GOOSE. He was south of the south breakwall in with a flock of 
300 Canadians. 
Algoma- At the far end of the harbor, against the breakwall, was an immature 
HARLEQUIN male. I about fell over. The pic shows the
 field marks but it was a little far away. While I was watching it, a flock of 
60 male Redheads landed. On the way home, I once again saw the SNOWY OWL in the 
same spot on Luxemburg Rd. 0.2 miles west of Gasche Rd. North side. I couldn't 
find it several days ago.
