Partner groups and agencies are once again working on potential solutions for the long-term problem of bird and wildlife vehicle collision mortality along the section of State Highway 49 where it crosses the north end of Horicon National Wildlife Refuge. A group of UW-Milwaukee students developed a report on this topic last fall.
