[wisb] Harlequin duck in Milw Co

After seeing a lesser black-backed and a glaucous gull at McKinley Marina,
Kathy Gallick and I saw the harlequin duck at its usual place north of
Bradford Beach about 3:30 this afternoon. So the bird Daryl and others have
found at Algoma is indeed a different bird!
