The last few days there have been good numbers of gulls around the mouth of the Fox River in Green Bay. The birds are frequently sitting on the ice out of scope view, but given enough time they will fly in and out providing decent views. There have been 1st winter type Iceland, 2nd winter type Iceland, and 1st winter type Glaucous mixed in. There are also hundreds of Goldeneye and 1 White-winged Scoter. It should continue to be a good place to check as the amount of open water decreases. Happy New Year!
