[wisb] GYRFALCON refound - Ashland, WI

I refound the GYRFALCON this afternoon at about 3 P.M. The bird was perched on
top of a chute on the east side of the oredock, within a hundred yards of the
north end. This was my fourth attempt at locating it in the past 48 hours.
