The vast majority of the respondents said it's a Tennessee warbler. Thanks for all the help! After consulting the guidebooks again, it becomes pretty clear. http://www.pbase.com/zep/mystery_warbler_2009 Thanks again, Jeff Zuhlke Wales, WI Waukesha County From: wisbirdn-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wisbirdn-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Jeff Sent: Sunday, May 10, 2009 9:06 PM To: Wisconsin Birding Network Subject: [wisb] Warbler ID Needed Can someone help me identify this bird? I think it's an orange-crowned warbler. I saw it in the upper reaches of a sugar maple on Thursday, May 7th in my suburban backyard, gleaning off the buds. The only other warbler in the tree was a Cape May. I also saw some Nashvilles the next day. Thanks in advance for the help! http://www.pbase.com/zep/mystery_warbler_2009 Jeff Zuhlke Wales, WI Waukesha County #################### You received this email because you are subscribed to the WISBIRDN list.
