Hello,

It's been a good year for Lapland Longspurs around here, but I only got my
first Snow Bunting today, on W. Blue Mounds Road south of Mount Horeb - a lone
one in a very skittish flock of about a hundred Longspurs, with a few Horned
Larks in the mix.

I also saw, surprisingly, my first RL Hawk for Dane County this winter,
hovering over Thomson Memorial Prairie.
