[wisb] Black-bellied Whistling Duck at Horicon

Steve Thiessen, Mark Hodgson and I went to Horicon and then on to Manitowoc
and Sheboygan today.
The biggest surprise was the Black-bellied Whistling Duck on Dike Road.
It's still there. We watched it from the car, but it flushed when we got
out. But it's still in the area.
We saw the Common and Forster's Terns, but not the Little Gull.
