[wisb] Another new Snowy Owl - yard bird!

This afternoon I was standing in my house looking out my front window when I
saw a raptor flying by to my east just above the treetops. Grabbed the spare
binocs off the windowsill and was thrilled to see it was a SNOWY OWL winging
hard from north to south. A little later I checked nearby fields along Bjork
and Ondossagon Rds but couldn't relocate it. I had hoped to add one to the yard
list this year but didn't expect it to happen quite so fast!
