[wisb] 2 more Snowy Owls - Ashland

Two new Snowy Owls were found in Ashland today. One was on a rooftop right
across the street from our DNR office on the west side of town. Another
different bird was simultaneously photographed on another roof of a house in
downtown Ashland.
With some big reports from Oconto Harbor recently and 4 birds here in Ashland
in the past two days (all incidentally noted with little birding effort),
clearly this species is now winging its way north in significant numbers.
