Mark, Thanks, but doesn't that just re-direct my documents? I wanted to 
re-direct the whole c:\documents and settings directory structure to 
another drive settings and all. I know this is possible in a domain 
enviroment, but I wanted to try and do it in a stand alone enviroment.
