Normally, if it were an issue of moving the databases from one drive to another, then all you would have to do is detach the database in SQL Server Enterprise Manager, move the files to wherever and then reattach them. But since you renamed the drives, SQL Server can't find them. I believe you will have to rename the drives back the way they were, then go into Enterprise Manager and detach the database, then rename the drives to what you want them to be, and finally get back into Enterprise Manager and reattach the database.
