Why'd you change the drive when you had your data files on it? As indicated by Enterprise Manager, "A database file's physical file name cannot be changed once the database file has been created." This applies to the log files as well. Re-letter your drives back to the way that they were, detach all your non-system databases, backup your system databases, uninstall SQL Server, re-letter your drives to the way you want them, install SQL server, restore master, msdb, and pubs, (model if applicable) and then re-attach your other databases from the "new" drive. I suppose that should work.
