I'll try that..

Actually, in the interim, I found out that my company has a boatload of Procomm 
Plus Licenses, so I'm monkeying with that right now. The scripting seems fairly 
simple.

Did you try Telix? http://www.telix.com/delta/deltacom/tfw/index.html
I cant remember if netterm has scripting or not but it is a pretty good program 
also
