[windows2000] installing over xp home

I'm trying to install win2k pro on an existing xp home os. I have tried =
to boot from both the win2k cd and the setup floppys with no success. =
It hangs on "starting windows 2000 setup". Has anyone done this, and if =
so, what were your steps.
