Ooh, lets all guess the situation ;-)
Lets see, you replaced your hard drive. That sounds like it's the only hard
drive, otherwise you would have said "one of my hard drives". The obvious
thought is that you haven't reinstalled Windows on it but there must be some
sort of Windows OS on the drive to give you that message. Is it an old drive
you have used previously or a brand new one? If it's new you must have
another drive in there to get that message. Did you setup the new drive to
be the slave or on a secondary channel? Did the drive you have just replaced
contain your windows installation without being the boot drive?
Essentially, we'll need quite a lot more to go on before we can hope to
help. Can you post details of your setup, drives, OS etc etc.
