Looks like it may be related to the installer package? I checked a couple of msi based installs (non wise) on a 2003 server here and the file dates were at or before the data of the installer package itself, not the install date. Timothy R. Here is the issue: I install the product on Windows 2000 - it retains the original Time and Date that the program was created (all files and folders) - this is correct and the way it needs to be for my application. In Windows 2003 I install the product - it gives all files and folders the current Time and Date - this is not good for my application. The program is written in Providex and the installation is compiled with Wise 9.02. There must be something different with Windows 2003 as this is the only time that the Time and Date retain the current time at installation. Thanks
