Is there anyone out there using Vista as an admin workstation?

Is it just me or is it pathetic?!
ADUC doesn't display icons, so you can't tell what accounts are enabled or
not (let along tell computers apart from users, groups, etc)
You can't edit Group Policy
DHCP snap in is missing critical items, such as the scope/leases sections

There's more, but I can't think right now.. Are Microsoft aware of these
various issues? I read somewhere that MS were working on a Vista compatible
2003 admin pack, but geez, it's coming on half a year after it was launched,
guys!

*frustration*
