Sorry for the wrong certificates? this is the original message?

 

Two of our terminals were suddenly stopped to accept USB devices. I ran a
diagnostics software that checks hardware problems and the ports seems to be
ok. I am wondering if there are some setting that prevents machines to
accept USB devices. Does anyone know someone?
