Two of our terminals were suddenly stopped to accept USB devices. I ran a diagnostics software that checks hardware problems and the ports seems to be ok. I am wondering if there are some setting that prevents machines to accept USB devices. Does anyone know someone? TIA Mauricio Fernández S.
