I haven't used much in the way of terminal services, but I have been
doing some research lately.  Of course, that research was into the Linux
Terminal Server Project so it may not apply directly.  Take all of this
with a heavy grain of salt:

That setup sounds underpowered by at least half, especially on the
memory end.  Also, what kind of hard drives was he planning on using?
I/O access is a major bottleneck.

Hopefully someone with more direct knowledge will chime in, I'd like to
know the answer to that one myself.
