Hi Folks,
Just a heads up, I got an email from Sysinternals telling me to remove all
their freeware from my sites or suffer legal action.(regmon, filemon etc.)
Previously several years ago I did have their permission to post these
items. I know they have started contacting other sites also.
I can only surmise that they intend to start charging for these items or
something for them to all of sudden after 9 years start to care who is
distributing their freeware.
More power to them but for the benefit of the list just wanted to let you
all know that all links/files having anything to do with sysinternals.com
/winternals.com have been removed from my sites and I suggest if you own a
website and have their files or links on your site that you do the same.
