Hi All,

I've got a problem with only one user logging into a W2K Adv Server
running Terminal Services from a Windows NT 4.0 workstation.

Sometimes when the user logs in and runs an application, the keyboard maps
all characters to uppercase. Also the tab order within the application is
not
correct. Again it only happens to one particular user.

I've tried removing the users profile and re-adding. I'm being told that the
results are the same. Also I've found a Microsoft Knowledgebase entry that
states that CAPS should be off when logging into a Terminal Services client
session. However my understanding was that this only applies to Windows
NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition and not W2K Adv Server.

I suppose the next stage would be to get the user to login from another
client PC and see if the problem moves with the profile.

Has anyone come across this problem before?

Regards,
Rab.
