If your performing a Migration, I would look at the suite of migration =
tools from netiq.

On a different note....If I wanted to do this when migrating computer
accounts to a new domain would that method work as well. I tried using
the computer migration wizard and basically the computer accounts
migrate over to the new domain but when I log into the new domain on one
of these migrated computers, a new profile is created and I lose all of
my previous. Sorry for jumping topics.....but I am not having any luck
with this part of the migration.
