[windows2000] Re: Proof Microsoft has a sense of humor

Someone did this to one of our users and I found it very well planned. The user
was so fooled that he called me to fix the issue and I scratched my head for a
minute until I finally saw what was done and went along with the joke.

Another useful one is to take a screenshot of a desktop complete with icons,
set that as a users wallpaper, then hide the desktop icons and watch them click
futilely.

I've had users do this prank on me *once*. Wasn't the least funny, because I
saw hours of troubleshooting before me, as there was a row of machines
displaying a BSOD; they managed to time it with a microsoft-tuesday... 8-/ In
hindsight it was a beautifully timed prank. Screensavers are now locked down on
our domain to a single standard one. Who laughs last? >>8->
