Another useful one is to take a screenshot of a desktop complete with icons, 
set that as a users wallpaper, then hide the desktop icons and watch them click 
futilely.

I've had users do this prank on me *once*. Wasn't the least funny, because I 
saw hours of troubleshooting before me, as there was a row of machines 
displaying a BSOD; they managed to time it with a microsoft-tuesday... 8-/ In 
hindsight it was a beautifully timed prank. Screensavers are now locked down on 
our domain to a single standard one. Who laughs last? >>8->
