Tools--Options--Email Options---Advanced E-mail Options--Suggest names

A better question: What happens when the address no longer show
up? I have some people in the bank here that have not made some of
their clients contacts, they relay on the show up as they type the name.
I have not figured out what causes it, but sometimes they don't show up
any more.

I like the feature of outlook 2003 that remembers the email
addresses I have typed in. But I have a couple in there that are no
longer valid.

Where the heck do these things live so I can clean it up?

        Greg
