[windows2000] Office 2003 sp2 issue

sp2 is not applying to Access and Infopath on 5 of my Office 2003 installs. If 
I re install SP2 it says it's already installed.
 
I haven't tried removing and re installing office , because I hope it don't 
have to go that route.
