I'd move it to a folder via a rule and then you can set up a custom action
within the rule to mark it as read...(can't remember how to set up custome
actions but you can do it.)Google may help here.

Subject: [windows2000] OT ignore new emails

Anyone know a way to tell Outlook to automatically mark messages as read if
they come from the thin group? I want to have pop up email notification but
with being on the Thin and Citrix group it is kind of pointless.
