Mark sent me a program called Yahoo Message Archive Viewer.  Entering the 
YahooID, and opening the .dat file shows the decrypted content.

We do have a section along thoses lines.

It is a number of .dat files, lots and lots of files along the lines of;

C:\Program
Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\myname\Archive\Messages\usertalkingto\200307
30-yahooname.dat

Good!  Every company should do the same...  (I forgot to mention that the
policy should permit this kind of investigation,  all is company property,
etc.)
