Thanks Ray, you just stated what I was thinking while reading this thread! :-) While certs and the sort no doubt is a huge plus, but in my experience in the Navy, I seen some pretty *lack of common sense* college grads with BA's and above! :-) Plus imo, the vast majority of *knowledge* comes from hands on experience, and the willingness to learn more than is required. I'm still learning myself, (mostly on my own) and it would be great to intern under someone who is very knowledgeable, but those positions are scarce.
