[windows2000] Re: OT Help Desk Software

Say you have multiple customers, and each customer only has so many hours that 
they are allowed to use your help desk support.  You enter tickets and close 
them with so much time being used.  I would like something that showed how many 
hours the client has left until they run out.  Do these systems have that kind 
of feature?

Does anyone know of a linux based call tracking system.  I want to be able
to quickly register that I got a call, what the problem was, any resolution
and how much time that call took.
