crystal32.ocx is part of the crystal reports runtime. Try
www.businessobjects.com for that. I freakin hate Crystal Reports. That
company changes names and owners every year it seems.

Two thoughts:

1. Who still develops in VB5 anymore?
2. What the heck kind of fly-by-night developer has such a cruddy install of
their stuff

I have registered msmask32.ocx like you told me but now it asks me for
another one CRYSTL32.ocx which gives me an error when I try to register
it...

Loadlibrary(d:\crystl32.ocx) failed. The specified module could not be found

When I installed VB 5 at another site I did not have to do any of this, but
now I can't do it because the connection is too damn slow...

I hope someone have seen this before...

Thanks!

Eduardo

I suggest you go to the provider of the software and remind them that not
everyone has the same activeX controls that are on their development
computers, and they should be smart enough to know to include them when
necessary...

That said, you can download that file here:
http://www.wholepersontech.com/downloads/controls/msmask32.ocx
And you can register it at command using regsvr32 msmask32.ocx

Better may be to just install the VB runtime files.

I'm ~guessing~ that this app was developed in VB and that the mask control
they're trying to use is part of the VB runtime install.

        Hello everyone.

I have a huge problem with a program designed to update and create
reports on an access database. The program seems to run, but when I try a
couple of menus, it keeps asking for many files. It says MSMASK32.ocx has
not been registered and plenty of others. Is there any program that can
register all this components?

        Thanks in advance.

        Eduardo
