[windows2000] OT: Access Program problem

Hello everyone...
I have a huge problem with a program designed to update and create reports
on an access database. The program seems to run, but when I try a couple of
menus, it keeps asking for many files. It says MSMASK32.ocx has not been
registered and plenty of others... Is there any program that can register
all this components?
