[windows2000] Mapping a 2000 drive from Novell

I have a question that I hope has a simple answer. I currently have a
shared directory in a Novell server that contains user files for a group of
people. I want to move the entire directory over to a 2000 server but
ensure that the users still have the drive mapped as before. The mapping is
based on user.
How can I script this to get the drive letter assigned by username?
Any suggestions?
