Do a search on "autoexnt".  I have it running as a service on WTS every 5
minutes.

I need to make a Win2k machine browse a certain URL every few hours.  It
doesn't have to do anything with the data - just do the HTTP fetch.  I'd
also like to make this a service.  Any ideas on how this can be easily
done?  I really don't want to have IE pop up in the middle of the user's
screen... just something in the background that you can't see.
